Need to report a lost, damaged or missing item?
If you are a current customer and are reporting a lost, damaged, or missing title, please call 1-888-583-8333 to report the item and get replacement or next shipment options. If calling after hours, please leave a message with your account name, the title being reported, and the reason the item is being reported.
Need to change your plan, address or billing information?
To change your rate plan, shipping address or update your billing information, log in to your Jiggerbug.com account and click on the My Account link. There you can edit your account and make any changes necessary.
Need billing assistance or need to reactivate, suspend or cancel your account? If you have account billing questions or cancellation requests, please call 1-888-583-8333 and speak with a representative. Our office hours are Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm PST. Unfortunately, requests made via email are not accepted. Non U.S. Subscribers can email support@jiggerbug.com for further information.
Need to request a title?
To request a title, use the “Request a Book” link underneath the Categories box when browsing our titles. If the item is available in audiobook format and there are enough requests for the title, you should see the item appear in our New Titles section shortly thereafter.
